Products

We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, ingredient lists, or any other content on the site is completely error-free. If a product received differs materially from its description, please contact us immediately.

All products are intended for external use only unless otherwise stated. Results may vary from person to person. We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare or hair care product. Beautycious is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from improper use or failure to conduct a patch test prior to use.

Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of your order placement will apply to that order.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.

All orders must be prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available. Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking details.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via India Post. Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location within India. We currently ship within India only.

Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,000. A flat shipping charge applies to orders below this threshold.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided where applicable. Beautycious is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, natural events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, product names, logos, and brand assets — is the property of Beautycious and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.
