Our Return Policy
At Beautycious, we stand behind every product we ship. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right — no questions asked.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or broken on arrival.
The wrong product was delivered to you.
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be eligible for return or refund.

Please share your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, Beautycious will bear the full cost of return shipping. You will not be charged for returning a damaged or incorrect order. Our team will coordinate the pickup or provide return instructions once your request is approved.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The exact time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
Products that have been used, opened, or partially consumed.
Products returned beyond the 3-day window.
Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer, unless damaged or incorrect.
Returns initiated due to a change of mind or personal preference.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received a wrong or damaged item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method after the return is processed.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available. All orders must be prepaid at checkout.
