Where We Ship

Beautycious currently ships to all addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Charges

We keep our shipping simple and transparent:

Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,000.
Standard shipping — ₹80 flat rate on orders below ₹1,000.
Express shipping — ₹120 flat rate for faster delivery (available at checkout).

All shipments are dispatched via India Post.

Dispatch Time

We process and dispatch orders every day including weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the following day.
All orders are packed and shipped every evening after 4:00 PM.
Delivery Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard shipping: 3–7 working days depending on your location within India.
Express shipping: Faster delivery via India Post express service. Delivery timelines may vary by location.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, remote locations, or public holidays in your area.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an India Post tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery directly on the India Post website (www.indiapost.gov.in).

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will contact you via email and WhatsApp to inform you and confirm whether you would like us to reship your order.

If you confirm reshipping, the applicable shipping charge (₹80 for standard or ₹120 for express) will be added and must be paid before we reship.
If we are unable to reach you or do not receive a response within 14 days of our first contact, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Refunds will not be issued for orders cancelled due to non-response after a failed delivery. We strongly recommend ensuring your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order.
